I disabled it but i still can't play gta 5 and when i restart my pc it turns itself back on.
If you are facing problems then you should do a "Refresh". No other way to fix problems like these. Stuff like this has happened to me several times when Windows 10's preview was released.
Try running this command in Powershell Admin:

once windows is upgraded and when the time comes when reformat/scratch install is needed. what then?
Install Windows updates, wait for 'Get Windows 10' icon to show up in the task bar, and reserve your free upgrade. Wait till it is launched on July 29th, upgrade.
As Microsoft Gabe Aul said, once upgraded after that you can clean install as well.
that's good, but how that install will be activated? using windows 7/8 key or some other way?
If its OEM with UEFI (certain version mostly Ivy Bridge onward chipset), then UEFI will have Product Key embedded, so once you upgrade and get Clean Install ISO etc then you can activate it smoothly.
Retail will be fine as well.
Only MAK and KMS Activation will have issue.
i have a first gen i5 insperon. my win7 key is embedded but the laptop doesn't UEFI. how will i be able to do a fresh install?
oh and i have reserved my win10 copy a week ago
Magic Wand... Well, seriously Microsoft needs to shed some light over it. Since Windows 8 onward, the keys are embedded in UEFI. So for OEM Windows 7, I think once upgrade then use third party tool to keep Activation file save and use Clean Install and then place old files.
Or You install Windows 10 with generic key and then activate it using Embedded by replacing previous one.
Microsoft needs to give more info over it.
