In case net light is red then getting ur password reset from helpline resolve the issue. Happened with me couple of times n mostly resetting password resolves it

We all have shared pool .we are not using dedicated pool .it can fluctuate when load is more

Thanks for this sheet, as according to calculation from sheet the proposed bill would reach rs2900 as i was informed by ptcl representatives.

According to PTCL website and my encounter with Live Chat agent, I was informed that 6 mbps price is 2100 and total bill will be around 2820 and I confirmed it with my sheet. Also I have already upgraded to 6 mbps on ADSL2 and getting 750+ download speeds.​

I know but it was an issue at PTCL end.. Their system was showing that I am using ADSL so they fixed that to VDSL and my upload went to 10Mbps

Mine upgraded to 6mb and they told me that extra 300rs will be charged with the bill, I was on 4mb and my average was 2400rs... let's see next month.

Ptcl will always be shit as always, they have no higher upload speeds planned, idk how u are getting them right now, their management is the worst in the world and also they are as lower illiterate people as they can get, they dont even know what routing means. Only option for anyone using ptcl is to just switch and this is coming from a person who has been using ptcl for almost 10 years now.

I have vdsl, and i play games, im getting about 350ms pings to eu servers in games and i also talked to support about 5 times already about 10mbps uploads, they dont even know that ptcl has double upload speeds now. And im right about routing, they dont even know what routing is.

Han ya tu pata hai.. Routing ka nahe pata.. But I am not sure why dont they know abt double upload speed. I play on EU and Asia.. I am getting 170 on EU and 140ms on Asia servers.
