Can a school not give your statement of entry this late? I kinda missed a shit ton of school days and my school is threatening to 'stop' my statement of entry. Dheelay bharam tou nai?
Well, it depends. I've never heard of a school not giving a student his soe unless he got expelled or something. And most schools have sent the money and got you registered by now, so they can't really stop you from sitting for the exams.

Completed my A levels last year... overall ended up with 4 A levels (A* in physics, baqi chem,econ and math) and 3 AS levels (psychology,accounting and urdu).. so if anyone needs help with that lemme know

One should get rid of application section early. Its very straight forward and gaining marks in super easy plus its interesting..Quick and easy 30 marks !
Use the new physics course book,the one with orange reddish cover,its great...i still curse the older books which were totally pathetic,i got the new one just 1 month before A2 exam and managed a B,where as i had an E in AS and had to give re-exam...
For P5 chem,go through p3 questions and see how they are styled..its a great way to learn answer techniques and table format...
Also,not many students consider Computers a viable subject(not at least at my school) but they should,specially if they plan on applying abroad.Its easy to get an A in..you will even get 8 credit hours for it if you apply to a US university...If anyone needs help regarding computing,than pm me..i might be able to help a bit,somehow i manged an A eventhough the A2 paper went very shitty(didn't expect it to) but AS one was awesome,managed 92% in it

whats the name of the book? i have a bath advanced science physics by robert hutchings, its an awesome book but wayy too much detail...is the one you speak of more to the point?
hutchings was the alternative i used in place of vol 1/2 but its also full of useless detail and unnessecary information...Worst thing is,the one i had was at least the 2002 edition,so the syllabus has been changed a lot since than(much more streamlined) and hutchings wasn't helpful at all..the book i am talking about is the official new A level course book,published under the name of cambridge..Someone also mentioned it before in the thread somewhere
Can u tell me the exact name of the orange physics book? My little bro got all b in chem,bio,english but failed physics. He is now going for as physics.plus how to get practice of practicles??!

i think you will be able to pick a cheap second copy for 500-600....it also has a small section in the end about practices and in general i really don't know what to advice other than may be practicing as much as one can..practical papers have been a hit or miss for me in A Levels and one of the reason i got bad grades in AS,we had a shitty lab and even worse faculty

^ thanx! Got him the original book and cd for rs 4000/-. He says that the practicles he gets in exam, he has never done them.He was in DPS DHA.they also had a shitty lab. I hope this book helps.Also ill be gratefull if u can advise any more books that might help him.He got 5 A,s in o level but this a level physics has screwed up his grades. I will be happy if he gets a c
