i dont think they are still working, they are long gone,
but ptcl here just upgraded their infrastructure so i would be going for them now, because 75 gb on jazz 4g goes away in just 12 days,

their Karachi offer is good too, 100gb in 2000 rupees

Those speeds aren't right - either your cell is being throttled, or their network is having issues there, or there's some other sort of distortion (or noise) in the airwaves which the phone isn't detecting but is impacting the signal.

Try restarting your phone?

I tried restarting. My guess is same that the speeds are getting throttled in this area or city. Doesn't seem to be an issue with the phone as the speeds are good in islamabad.

A noobish question. How to avail social media only packages on any network? For instance if I subscribe monthly WhatsApp bundle on zong without having any other package then how am I supposed to use whatsapp only?
P.S I restricted background apps but still the balance gets eaten up while using whatsapp only
