I, too, disagree - I may not score 8Mbps on 900Mhz regularly, but it's not as bad as yours is. I've had issues with 2100Mhz too.
It depends on your location (inside buildings, or even outside) and how well your phone can grab onto the signal. It also depends on the server selection. But I wouldn't call it bad by any means.
Sometimes, you just have to understand the limitations. I get good 3G signals in my room, but it's not enough to browse the internet on. But I don't complain because I know my room is an issue, and all operators fail there. There's a reason why indoor units are deployed in hard areas.
Or there's a reason why wifi calling exists.
We don't have indoor units available for residential areas (Mobilink and Telenor do deploy, and I think Zong and Ufone do, but to a way lesser extent) but we don't have WiFi calling (Zong does, through an app, but haven't used it, and don't intend on using it).
