1/ where do i find helgi the little ghost girl, i found her during the day time and she told me to come back after dark to find her again, but i can't.
2/ how do i proceed with the missing redguard spy woman quest ?

Wait until it's night and then head behind Helgi's house in the town, you'll see a coffin sticking out of the snow with a vampire standing close by, that coffin is Helgi's, Just kill the vamp and activate.

Well I've done that quests already but I can't remember how, But I believe I found her in an Inn at some town.

i hate the Blood dragon.its the most annoying type of dragon in the game.empties one's HP in secs and usually stays in air.

^^Blood Dragon are a piece of cake for me, already killed 4-5 of them, just try to lure them to nearby settlements if you can, that way you get help from the guards or mercenaries.

About # 2: The red guard woman is always the inn at Whiterun. Go to her to trigger dialogue.

The only issue reported so far is a texture loading bug on the 360, which results in textures taking a long time to load, resolved by clearing the cache or not running off the HDD (use the USB HDD for jtag etc as alternatives).

sorry bro u have it the other way round, low res textures occur playing the game from the disc and not installing on the hdd. u need to install skyrim on the 360 to get high res textures
