Oh maybe I was not clear enough. I already know it is a third person game. I was just curious as to how it would control. For example, when I said mech games, I meant third person (or even 2D) mech games like Armored Core, Virtual On, Senko No Ronde etc. Although I don't have direct experience with these games, generally speaking the action in these games is very fast paced (think UT) and the movement is based on dashes, instead of being continuous. Often the gameplay also involves melee attacks. On the other hand, when I say traditional TPS, I am thinking of games like Resident Evil, Max Payne etc.
Gameplay clips indicate on and off-robot TPS action strictly.
This probably suggests that the action might contain both mech and traditonal elements, depending on whether you are controlling a human character or a mech.
