My torrents are downloading at aroung 1-4 kbps for the last 4 days

Quick question here and I reckon it's been beaten to death countless times: Is it required to have a PTCL landline connection (I'm talking about the telephone line here) to avail PTCL Broadband Internet (4MBPS)? If so, how much will it cost me to get a landline connection and then a broadband internet connection on top of it?
Ping was around 450ms on most servers in BF3 and today it hasnt been lower then 640ms. Wtf is this BS?!?!
for bf3 try Asia > Singapore servers, ping is better on Singapore servers.
yes you are right use Singapore servers check speed on speedtest.net on singapore server it is showing very good pings 141 ping and showing very high speeds.
torrents are totally blocked at my corner.

Net suddenly got back to the way it was. Got disconnected a lot for about 30 mins and then it got stable and getting full speeds at 4mb connection. Youtube is working great too, finally can watch those GDC videos.

1)Download & Install Hotspot Shield.
2)Open Utorrent
3) Go to preferences of U torrent.
4) On left Click on Bit torrent.
5) At the bottom of the page Tick or Mark Allow Incoming Legacy Connections, also on Outgoing Category Select Forced.
Torrents from isohunt are downloading with full speed(205 kbps on my 2mb)BUT BUT i cannot download torrents from BWT(which is private) i havent tried ipt, any reason y i am not getting any speed from BWT and any solution on how to download like those from isohunt?

got 4 MB connection just few days ago and i cannot see 720p videos at youtube without delay it is working like i had my 2MB connection and downloading speed is just 460KB/s

Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
