What made you believe its a Trojan or a Virus? Its a "System" folder placed in each drive. You need to Hide the "System Protected Files" again, from the "Folder Options".
Typically $RECYCLE.BIN is for recycle bin allocation form your hard disk partition. and System Volume Information bears the useful info regarding your volume.
