Starting the thread with this quote I just read :

Purpose of this thread is to collect quality quotes for the readers and to create a sense of motivation for young blood. You guys can keep posting best quotes you ever came / come across. You can mention your source, name of author if you know, otherwise no restrictions.

In case thread gains good response from members, we can later request concerned the Admn to make it official / sticky or whatever possible.
