i have bank islami visa debit card, it also has issue registering with google wallet, also i could not buy humble bundle

Debit cards don't work on google play store ,Only credit card Works.

Bought this using a credit card

Forgot to add, that's from my friend's debit card. Mine's not working too. Called Scb, they claim it should. For now, they've asked me to give a screen shot of the error to them. Other thing they've told, is to make sure every detail is exactly as on your banking profile. That seemingly is so.

i kept the same profile for google wallet and bank profile billing address etc
email them the error and let me know to what suggestion they provided you
the intial fee gets deducted but the card doesnt charge

what is the payment method works best for Pakistan for purchasing through playstore
P.S I dont have credit card, Have Visa Debit Card which works online most of the sites so anyone over here purchased app from playstore ?

create an account on google wallet .. if u can make it successfully then u can easily pay on google playstore
