PTCL Promo Offer for 2Mb - Ends at 31 Dec 2013

Today? For the past 1.5 week, I've been getting brilliant download speeds, which are more than what even 4Mb should get. But I went to PTCL's website and checked if there was a promotion, but there wasn't any. Guess I was lucky.

My download speed is always above 550KB and goes upto 700KB and occasionally 900KB.

I have a regular 2Mb connection.

surprising thing is that prices r getting lower and lower as the time goes on around the world, but thats not the case for Pakistan !!

They might have allocated you 4 MB but forgot to cap it to the 4 MB speed and hence you are enjoying uncapped speed

i think they are actually finishing their 1MB and 2MB connections .. as Minimum from 1st Jan will be 4MB :fp1:

This is a very shady promotion by ptcl, they have done this before aswell where instead of dropping their rates they just make their users upgrade instead. im sure like before they are gonna get heaps of complaints aswell once the 2mb users suddenly go 4mb and after 2 months they are getting charged 2k..

2months is enough time to notice the change n inquire rather praising your luck that some how you started getting double speed by miracle which our nation does n just opt out or pay the price
