PTCL causing noise!!

hey i just installed ptcl today and there are weird noises in my phone line although i put the splitter!
wat do i do?

the same thing happened to me, the cause is your phone line. If your PTCL is connected to a phone line which is of shitty quality, this happens. You'll notice every time you pick up the phone whilst using PTCL your router looses its sync too.

well just dont install the splitter , i dont get noises but spliter casues the router to keep on de-snc , loll strange isnt it .

same here best thing brought tro parallel line from direct from black wire one to ur computer and other for fone man.....

You sure your router is connected with the main phone line?
Extensions give that problems usually

dude that's not PTCL's fault lol, that's who ever installed your phone line's fault for using the shitty cheap cable, i had the ptcl guy who came in to install the modem cut and reattach the black wire which comes off of the telephone pole itself. Never had an issue since then.

Ask your Area Lineman and file a complaint (well show him some green in simple words) and he will fix the line for you ... trust me
