PORTABLE Phone in 36 k ??

Hye guyz as the title says i need a phone in 36k new or used ... Things i need in my phone ::

1). 8 megapixel camera and a front facing camera.
2). Future proofing android
3). At least 1ghz processor 786 mb ram or more .
4). Which could survive a fall . =p
5). 4 inch screen ( if the phone has all of the above then forget it ).

Plz tell me the best i can get in this range !!!

That depends ...

I cannot guarantee phone's safety if you plan to throw it off of a 2 story building :p

Seriously though ... That depends on the fall. Mostly the phone (SGS2) will survive a small fall because of its less weight and plastic body (which is not 'rigid'). But dont expect miracles.

About 2 months ago ... it was costing 40k in the market. Cannot sah anything about now. But you should be able to find one in your budget

A sucky processor (680 mhz), a sucky OS (symbian. not android) and sucky ram (256mb) meets his demand, right? Go for S2 (used). Else, get HTC Sensation (new, if you can add another thousand. It costs 37k at homeshopping, or you can be kanjoos and buy a used one. :p)

    did you try setting up Google Payments? For UBL you may have to get it enabled for internet transactions, Naya should work without it!
