created an account there but theres one little problem see I use ptcl 10mb connection (free!) for downloads and as you know the upload on that shit sucks @$$... it'll download a full 10gig file in like 2.5hrs but upload is only a fraction of that... gonna see what this site has to offer some good remuxes Im seeing there.

Easy solution. Theres a guy here on PG who does uploads. He charges 500 for 1TB, I believe. He does HDT too, I asked him.
Plus, on HDT usually only a fraction of your download counts (for internal encodes). Remuxes are mostly 25%, so its not that big of an issue.

Plus, on HDT usually only a fraction of your download counts (for internal encodes). Remuxes are mostly 25%, so its not that big of an issue.
