PG Mobile Version

if not mobile, how's about a "lite" or "safe" version that works on systems where blocking is active like universities ?

eg facebook's lite or mobile versions both seem to work on my uni where as the regular one doesn't...

That idea can be looked into. Meanwhile when you are using Pakgamers on your cellphones, just turn off image loading. It wont use much space and load very fast. Ive used a crappy dialup (which is no faster than GPRS and atleast 4x slower than EDGE) with the images turned off and I could browse easily.

yea thats a nice idea and i dont think making a light version is very difficult either.. i remember billal bhai did something similar for webdev with a vBulletin plugin or something..

Except for Flash, PG works fine on the iphone. (I bet I can get Flash to work too, with an app or something)

I like the lite idea though! Will come in handy.

Well ive been using PG on my cell for some time.....It does take a while to load as the main forums page eats about 40kb. Other than dat...loggin in and checking PMs becomes a pain sumtimes......Other than that, the users page takes about 10-11kb. A lighter version would be awesome!

Guys m using ppc to browed for the first time and boy is it hard... you bet. we definitely need a pg lite version of the forums. the res should be 240x320.
