Over the years WOW has made a major mark in the history of PC gaming and MMORPGs. Though the success is great but there is a group of people (including people who play the game themselves) who believe that the game can lead up to addiction. Because of this most people often avoid the experience offered by WOW altogether.
The question arises that whether it depends on the gamer himself to control himself and only take WOW as a game or universe offered by WOW is too much to handle for anyone.
My thoughts:
I personally believe because there are so many things to do in WOW like professions, leveling up, instance, raids, exploring, quests, etc. Most of the games try to do all things simultaneously which leads to makes the game time consuming. I think its up to the gamer himself to set up boundaries between different things and do one thing at a time.
