I've been using an A4Tech Bloody for almost a year now. Serving me well. They come in a couple of different shapes, so that gives you options. Then theres always Logitech.

In my opinion, you don't really need a mouse with extra keybinds to make things work, although im sure it would be a more pleasant experience. These are my keybinds;

QWERDF for Spells.
123456 for items.
Edge-panning for moving the screen.

I dunno. It comes in different shapes, just go to a shop and try it out to see which one you're comfortable with. And yes, it has extra buttons.

I was thinking you can also look into making key chains like Pudge's hook, Kunkka's sword, Anti mage's wargaives

Since mmr was introduced, went from 3542 to 4010 in 200 games, basically went from 3700 to 4010 in 30 games. So yeah, gaining mmr isn't impossible.

I'll be Kuala Lumpur during TI4 days. However, why don't you guys meetup once first and then decide to arrange a pub stomp at someone's place? I think you can find 6-8 PG peeps from your city and can make such arrangements.
