Legendary difficulty is too freaking easy damn it. Was playing last night, thrashed spain 7-1 with England, beat Barcelona 4-0 from United and then beat Madrid n Chelshit 3-0 as well. Damn it EA, where are the invincible's of world class difficulty like in the FIFA 2002 WC edition.

PES download completed in the morning. Will hit back in the evening after playing it.

when did i not give PES a chance??..huh..i loved pes before fifa brought out their new engine, which was better.simple!

the pc version is really good..thts why i said it was fifa 10.75 ...close to fifa 11 on consoles but not quite there yet!
sure the 60 fps makes the game go much better and animations play out even more life like, but you see thts not all when we are comparing the two versions and you have to look at the other aspects. I truly believe alot of modders will bring out awesome customization features in pc, but do you really believe that they will mod the game like exactly on consoles?
The new features do matter, there is a vdo on the first post to confirm my statement!
all the features which are on ps3/xbox360 really do contribute in the gameplay, and as i have played fifa quite alot , for me, even the most slightest of change in gamplay results in a exponential difference.
regarding the manager mode thing, do u really expect someone to swtich between two games to play football and manager mode comfortably?

oh no...dont get me wrong, i am not saying that this is the revolution all football fans were waiting for..all i am doing is hailing that EA placed alot of its effort in the right place this time: gameplay..and they created a really good fifa game, with a steep learning curve( or if you turn off pro passing and air balls in consoles a very small one)
and steep here means good, cause practice makes you ....

The phrase "steep learning curve" means that it's easy to learn.

If they took Fifa 09 as reference when rating Fifa 10. Then obviously Fifa 10 was a huge change. Fifa 11 isn't as much of a change as Fifa 10 was.

PES on the other hand, is also a huge change compared to the last PES...so 9.0 is justified. Read the comments in front of the ratings and you'll see what I mean

well after spending some time playing the game.....i happy to report fifa 11 is an amazing game...if you were under impression that pro passing/perosnialty wont make a diffrence...you were wronge...
still have to play on pc and check the diffrence..and still have to see how good is PES this year

The pro passing mood and player personality makes it a whole different game while on the PC, it is FIFA 10 of the consoles. I am sure that you will agree with me after playing it on the PC.

The new features in FIFA 11 (consoles) aren't all what you are making them out to be . The reviewers agree and it didn't even score higher than FIFA 10. So go pick a bone with them :lol:

and a big issue recently arising is that the growth/development engine of the game is broken..so fifa 11 is still buggy...and ea needs to come out with a patch asap

Yeah man.. its only on consoles that every play feels like a beautifully choreographed dance sequence. PC is far behind in that regard (lmao)

Its been spot on so far. I haven't come across any offside not being given OR the referee making the wrong call when it wasn't offside.

According to Ian Jarvis, at the time of the demo, atleast 70 bugs from the console versions were fixed and other were being worked upon on the Manager Mode as well as the online system.

I haven't gone online yet personally, but even if its not completely perfect, I don't think it will be buggy to the point of being broken like it was last year on the consoles.

I mention this many times, but they have totally fixed the chip shot bug. Personally, it was the most frustrating bug in the game.

It happens when you pass the ball to an offside man but it never gets to him and the offside is called regardless. For instance when a defender gets in the way and successfully clears the ball or passes to one of his teammates, sometimes the ball doesn't even go near the offside man, it's quite annoying

Look I am a die hard PC fan as well but there are some obvious things in the world one has to admit and this is one of them, that the FIFA 11 on PC is not a lot different then the FIFA 10 on the consoles. The 70 odd bugs EA is mentioning, I can bet that hardly 5 of them were gameplay based because the only difference I see is the chip shot bug fixed nothing more then that as you mentioned. Please dont start about player movements, physics or motion animations coz trust me if they did change it [no offence but a lot of international players feel there has not changed anything], its hardly hardly noticeable.

The point is that although EA has delivered good this time but still the PC version lacks behind the console based FIFA 11 specially when it comes to gameplay, because of the sole reason that in a football based game, the GAMEPLAY is 80 percent of more if not 100 percent reason why we love the game. And the PC users who did play a lot of FIFA 10 on consoles, are not enjoying it much specially after playing FIFA 11 on the consoles.
