I have to agree with abcd here. You can not expect to bring a system-wide change unless you're willing to get your hands dirty in the system itself. One has to stand firm and stick to his principles as best as he could in an environment where his hands will, eventually, be tied. Simply because there's no other way matters would improve.i think to do justice to his job he needed complete authority or staff/team whatever. Abdul Qadir also did not get what he wanted so he resigned. its better if latif joins only when he gets what he require. after all he has a big maybe huge job to do. every now and then we hear that some players are given unnecessorily more chances and that some deserving players are not given any chances.
This is precisely why guys like Latif and Qadir disappoint me more than clowns like Ilyas and Intikhab.
