Need to arrange a Lan party

Hello guys...members who are not familar with this setup...
let me explain..the place has to be someones house where the person has a seperate room like a basement would be the best...we all bring our systems....
and party hard...Gaming all night long...Moviess....Game sharing....and data sharing.
getting to know each other..its a all nighter show..ppl who come to the guys place..bring a single dish like drinks.
....chips and anything for eating...so that we dont burden the guy..
I used to do this every month...and trust me u guys have no idea kitna shugal lagta hai...
so guys who have a place here in lahore...kindly let me know....
and leave the rest to me.....and ppl who want to join in...let me know.....

So 1st we need to find a suitable place.....so let me know guys..waiting for ur replies...!!!!

LAN parties are usually fun with friends. besides, who's gonna let bunch of guys (met on an online forum) in their home?

u get to know ppl and trust them..
every member has a repute.....
and has to maintain it at the end of the day..
if u are not comfortable...no one is forcing u.....here..

we neeed suggestion not complaints...at the moment...

About the quoted part of the post, you'd be surprised. You're in a community that treats one another like family, and I've had a bunch of LAN parties with people I met here, who I am now good friends with irl.

Do you have any Gaming zone in mind?or what will be the LAN place for people?

May be First post need to update with some significant information.
I would like to suggest you to mention (@) Last lahore meetup gang in your first post. then other lahoreee guys as well.

I am thinking a gaming zone as well. I am sure not everyone will have gaming PC to share. So we can adjust couple of gaming zones setup for people who want to join without gaming system.

I have asked couple of party arrangement fellas. They can manage a basement hall in H Block DHA. But we need to get tables,chairs,switches etc ourselves. We at least need a place where we can properly get seated and need to manage only lan stuff rather than putting together tables and chairs :)

Anyone else with suggestions? We have couple of weeks before we can finalize it. So don't be shy and let us know if you guys have any place in mind suited to this event.
