Need some suggestion about Xperia U

Hey Guys !!

Wanted to buy Xperia U but hearing some faults from poeple like sound problem , touch screen problems and slow processor problems . Can any one help me out so that I should make my mind to buy another to avoid such problems !!

Where did you hear these problems? There aren't any problems reported for Xperia U.

The only problem it actually has is the tiny screen and non-expandable memory ( usb on the go present though)
I would go with sola if i were u, just like abobobily

Although I am a favorite of Sony new line up and have bought 2 U and a S but recently a friend bought Sola from Lahore and it was faulty, non responsive screen, random reboots.

Is it true i thought only phones which have 1gb ram are getting JB, any way my cousin sola is still stuck on GB :p

Xperia U is a decent enough phone five of my friends are using it no problem as such, Bought one yesterday from OLX at 14k

Xperia U's screen is actually amazing for the price. It's really worth it. It also has 1GB RAM whereas Sola has 512MB RAM.

No bro U has 512mb ram, also its easily upgradable as I did, screen is amazing because of very good ppi. If and only IF they have given a 16gb memory or a card slot, I would have bought that phone for myself also .. dont know why but I love the phone for its price. and 14k .. thats like free I bought both for 24k each not so long ago ::S:(

There isn't any major difference, but one is very important. The Memory....

Xperia Sola has a MicroSD Card slot. It'll come in handy. (Xperia U does not)
And it has a slightly bigger display, at 3.7". Still better than 3.5" of U.

Xperia P is expensive dude. And its display is much better than both Sola & U, because of high Resolution.

Xperia Sola vs. U ... U has a smaller display with same resolution hence its Pixel Density is more at 280ppi. Thats why it looks a little better.

I was mistalkely written P, I was comparing U and Sola. AS U has mali 400mp while sola has mali 400 does it make any difference ?

Both Xperia U and Xperia Sola have same Mali-400MP (Single Core) GPU.

Xperia U, Sola, & P ... all of them are running Sony Ericson's NovaThor Chipset. More information about that can be obtained from WikiPedia.

    Consoles were my main platform ever since Atari 2500. But now I think it's not worth it as PC especially with DLSS deliver far smoother performance. AW2 on console didn't even had ray tracing and ran below 30fps. Similar issues plagues DD2 on consoled.
