Anyway, @OP , Don't buy shit like MI ! Just get a Samsung Galaxy S3 in used. You'll find one in your range. Just look out for clones and variants.

I think S3 is a better choice than One X! And just pull out the battery and see in settings the model number which should be I9300. The screen of S3 is also bright, the clone ones are dim. Secondly, make sure the internal storage is 16GB and you get the international quad core variant.

You can get a slightly used one x in that budget easily. If you increase the budget to 43k you can a brand new one.

A complete, excellent condition One X should not cost more than 32k.

I'll recommend the One X if battery life ain't an issue. Go for either the One X or S III. Do not go for those cheap Chinese phone.
