What would you eat every 3 hours? fruits and stuff - I know youre supposed to eat at shorter intervals as that also helps improve metabolism.

Good job man, i hate overweight people who keep eating like pigs and don't take care of themselves only to Abuses will lead to ban and whine about their weight.

I admire your dedication and zeal in this. May you stay fit forever.

Be warned though, the moment you quit exercise you will start to put on weight again.

ala dude... atleast someone listens to proper advices given to him... no one here understands what H.I.T training is... high intensity interval training is the best way to do cardio... congrats... now gain some muscle and do the "shrink wrap effect"... google it...

Good Nutrition
eat healthy food like 3:2:1 (protein :carb :fat) for lean tighter ratio .
protein white meat is better than red meat about 75 % . fish, chicken, red meat(2/7 per week ) ,broccoli in high in protien
Carb ( White flour(ata) will decrese your metabolism try too avid. ( makkai ki roti is good but not best). brown flour ( brown bread , Oats, brown rice , although brown suger is good), fruits and vegetable
Fat ( eat healthy fat, peanuts, almond, wallnuts , olive oil is better than soya oil or ghee)

Vegetables
Beans
Legumes
Nuts
Seeds
Whole grain breads
Whole grain cereals
Whole grain pastas
Some dairy products

1. Don't Eat Out
2. Don't Eat Past Midnight
3. Don't Eat Meals Larger Than 800 calories
4. If You Are Cold ALL the Time, Your Metabolism is Sluggish, You've dropped your calories too low and screwed up your fat loss
5. Never Eat Below 1600 calories for guys or 1200 calories for women
6. 5 to 6 meals a day
7. Don't use thermogenics or any diet pills
8. To reduce belly fat, reduce your stress, be it physical, emotional or environmental
9. Don't eat any pork, soy, grains, sugar, caffein
10. Volumize Your Food With More Vegetables to Keep Full
11. Don't Cheat on Your Diet. Ever.
12. Love handles are a result of insulin so watch your carbs
13. Make Sure You are Shitting Once a Day
14. Get Lots of Fibre to Fill You Up

Forget everything and start eating Dried figs. 100G to 150G at one time makes you feel like you ate a ton of food.
