I dont get Random games. These are all the games that i have played and finished. I cheerish there memories even today when i think about them.
I started playing games with the Atari 2600. That was the first Video game console that i owned. Played it with my brothers. After that I bought Commodore 64, Commodore Amiga, Sega Genesis, Panasonic 3DO,
Sony Playstation 1, Sega Saturn, Sony Playstation 2, Nintendo Gamecube and currently i am playing Nintendo 3DS and Sony Playstation 3.

Apart from it there are a couple of games that i know about but i did not played them. They are few. Like there is currently a MMO released called Star Wars The Old Republic i think finally it will beat WOWarcraft as the no 1 MMO in the world ( I loved WOW). So i didnt like Star wars that much but since its such a big game from Bioware so i will buy that as well. But mostly i buy the games that i played and loved.

Lastly its not a Plastic box. Its very high Quality Hard Acrylic Casing and its tamper proof so no one can fiddle with the factory seals.

Sir I recently sold Catherine Ps3 , Dark Souls Ps3 on pakgamers . In around 20 more days my Sealed Graded copies of Catherine Collectors Edition and Dark Souls Collectors Edition will reach me and i will post there pictures. You just need 2 copies to do that. One which you open play and then sell it off. Other one keep it sealed/graded for your collection.

I do have around 40 more games and i keep on ordering them on a regular basis so some more are on the way as well. 1 picture wont do justice. Its 1 pic for 1 game :lolipop:

^ good that you are a true gamer if u actually play the game to finish it before you declare it to be worth collecting, ive met some ppl who simply buy games to be cooler in their hangouts and gatherings just so they can boast about being hardcore about gaming (weird folks)...good that u aint one of them but i seriously dont get the sealed box stuff...why not just keep the original copy you bought?...and why sell off your collection if you bought it with such enthusiasm. Otherwise, good for you man!

and i kinda agree with zain...collection is all about bringing stuff together, collecting and storing them so as to make a "collection"....why not show off your video gaming den/shrine whatever ...every gamer has one...yours must be impressive if you are so particular about things.

Yes i am not one of Those who just collect and dont have any indepth game knowledge or love . They just collect to look cooler. I am one of those who had gone through so many generations and i have been constantly playing since childhood. I still love them. Loved Heavy Rain, Red dead redeption, Uncharted 1, 2, 3, Dark Souls, Catherine etc on ps3 just to mention the new ones. A few days ago i was playing Star wars 5 hours a day before I quit that game. Now i am waiting for Diablo III and i have been waiting for it since 3 years now since the day it was shown on E3. What keeps me going is that i got a very Enthustiatic group of friends. We all are hardcore like and we just dont give up. We do proper justice to the game. No one ever goes to google to find a way out. We find our way through investing ourselves in the game.
We share our experiences with each other and talk about games a lot whenever we meet. That just keeps me going.

Now coming to your other point " why sell off your collection if you bought it with such enthusiasm ". I just sell off the used copy because i replace it with a Factory Sealed copy so basically i am not losing the game infact i am upgrading my copy .

and " but i seriously dont get the sealed box stuff..." . Its slightly vague actually. I didnt get it the first time either. I was like all of you here . I used to keep games which i used to play and never planned on selling them or buying factory Sealed copies till one day when i met a few people in U.S, Eu and other parts of the world who were collecting Sealed game. I engaged in detailed discussions with them and tried to defend my stance of collecting used games which i play but in the end i was unable to defend it. Ultimately i saw what there experience showed them. If you want to collect u have to do it The Factory Sealed way (graded way) otherwise no matter what you collect it wont be EPIC. It was a reality and i accepted it. Accepting it meant that i have to sell off all the games that i had or i could have kept them but i had to start collecting sealed copies of games from Scratch and today i have done it sucessfully. Surely every great thing needs good effort and this hobby also requires it.

Do check out page 1 of this topic for a good explanation of why Used/Loose games should not be collected.

As for the Shrine/Den. I have pictures but its just not that good looking since even i keep a 100 games there you would feel like its a small collection. Thats why i am posting games along the way 1 by 1.

Anyone knows how can i increase my upload limit on this forum i have some more pictures i need to post.

^ no collection is too small...what you collect is what matters ...anyways about the boxed and sealed stuff...whatever brings you peace man. I just collect whatever i play...its opened but i take good care of it.

Not bad i would say. As long as you are happy with it till then its all good.
If you try to switch for graded copies in the future do let me know.

Moreover Video game collection is my hobby and i concentrate on it as well. I want my collection to be Rare. Since i am working hard for it. Tomorrow if everyone is able to collect what i have collected then whats the big deal. The downside with Used games is that everyone has them. You Cant display them as something Rare, Unique or Extra ordinary. Used games will remain Ordinary forever and never gain value since everyone have them . They just never run out. However Sealed games are Rare and only a few have them so its gets very interesting and profitable as well when you enter the sealed games ball game. Plus there is this Jackpot chance as well, you will never know when a game you own isnt available anymore thus increasing your games price X 10 maybe more.

One of the problems in Pakistan. People try to get Informal very quickly like they know me. Like they say in urdu Free Ho Jaatey Hain. You give them a finger and they try to grab your hand. God help such folks.
