My CPU and GPU Results after OC

well here i have OC my processor from 1.6 to 3.2... but whenever i try to OC my GPU when the game starts it gets hanged with red dots after 2 minutes.. so the temp remains stable at that time to what can be the possible reason. and after buying 4gb HyperX Kington 1066 i`ll push the processor further what you say guys?

well i have MSI 8800GT i have changed

Core Clock 700 MHZ
Shader Clock 1700 Mhz
Memory Clock 2000 Mhz

wow! that's a 100% overclock. i'd be happy with these results, instead of pushing it to the breaking point. i've also got 8800gt. mine runs at 65c on stock speeds. so i'm kinda afraid of oc'ing it. how did you oc the cpu and gpu? any special coolers?

try to post some benchmarks, like 3dmarks 2006, vantage, crysis, far cry 2

also post idle and load temperatures, vcore in bios and windows,

post screen shots for all,

which cpu cooler u r using?

thanx Voodooo .. well i am using CM V8 cpu cooler ...i am planning to push it further bkz after i oc my ram to 800mhz thats a limit for a 667mhz ram.. so i am planning to buy hyperX DDR2 1066 then push it further..well i have tested wprime max temp goes on 56`C and normal is 40-46`C..

i recommend you not to OC further, b/c u will need to apply higher voltage, u already overclocked it 100% ,

it is better to wait a little until price drop of intel cpus, then go for a Quad core with reasonable multiplier,

try to obtain max temperature using Prim95 (Small FFT),

must be your psu giving up on you...thats the only possibility...if occt is succesful then i dont think ur cpu is the problem try a gpu testing utility to see if gpu is not the problem...

thnx for reply guys... well what you said is true nomad...Maximus II and E2140 dont have any match... but yaar thora paisay nai jama ho rahay hain Q9550 kay liay :S.... abhee me nay apna board bhee sale karna with rams & processor ...to thora budget souch rha kay kitni price tak ki nikal jain gi yeh 3 chezain...

any one can give me the idea.... so you guys telling me that i will not push my CPU further...and if you told me that i need more higher voltage then i have CM 600watts so what you say that is not enough for the CPU to push him more?
