From Windows Setting, change your Country/Region to Pakistan to see Pakistan prices in Windows Store. Then you will be able to see Pakistan price in Xbox App as well since it is all tied to the Windows Store.

region is already selected pakistan and win store showing prices in pk but xbox app shows in $ and when i try to purchase 2$ for 2 months ultimate pass the credit card option only shows US region selected

Then it is probably related to your Microsoft account country setting. Remove any foreign address or payment method on file if you have any. Restart Windows Store/Xbox App and it should work. As far as I know there are no region restrictions so you have to adjust your payment/country settings on your MS account.

Game Pass is not officially available in Pakistan. You can try to subscribe using gift cards though.

Halo: Reach PC system requirements released, but still no release date.

Should be easy to hit 4K/60 even on my laptop system.
