Want To Buy Low budget board for intel e4500

I need a low budget board for my brothers pc, I have to run intel e4500 with maximum 4 gb ram and 8600 gt card with it. I have a very very bad experience with intel boards (dg41rq claimed 3 times in warranty and now its fully dead and no warranty left) . so I am not interested in any Intel board. I ll prefer xfx or asus.My location is Islamabad so local sellers are preferred.

I also need a 1GB DDR2 stick at some cheap price :D

Asus p5kpl cm is reserved by me and will get that on monday inshaAllah. Thank you guyz for showing your interest.

i have intel dg41rq....u might had very bad experience with it but i dont....never give any problem...if u are interested pm me
