I have exact modem. Follow these steps and exactly.
Make a watch handy.
1- Push the reset button on back of router for 30 seconds
2- Keeping the button pressed and disconnect the modem adapter ( Keep the button pressed at all times ).
3- wait for 30 seconds -> Reconnect the power adapter and keep the button pressed for 30 seconds more
4- Your modem should reset. Total time take is 90 seconds.
This will clear the NVRAM and traces of bad configurations. Its basically a procedure to write DD-WRT but works well for resetting the modem.
Report back.
