Comments : Well, this is my first experience with a DSL connection, at the start i love it a lot, downloads and uploads were quite equal and good, however had some problems with the connection due to the submarine cable fault, and yes PTCL CUSTOMER SERVICES ! SUCK

Comments: Runs between satisfactory to great, thought there's some occasional 'load shedding', for lack of a better word. The connection might go down for a couple of hours to even 6 hours a few times a month, not that big an issue unless you have some very urgent work to take care of. But overall, quite satisfactory. Played UT2k4 on intl. servers and the game was playable.

i have been using it for abt 3 months now..yea the experience is gud..getting 50-55kb on regular download and 45kb on torretz ...overall its a nice pakage from ptcl..and yea as mntioned by one of the mate above ptcl customer service really sucks!! with a big S..

Comment: Always an online, un-interrupted service... couldnt be happier any more with Micronet ... I would easily recommend it to all those seeking a DSL connection in RWP/ISB ..

Comments:Lots of latency on the 2mb connection,at average 150kb/sec download. the 512kbps one works fine for live bt downlaods a bit slow,as expected,abt 48kb/sec at average.

Its a normal Provider IMO cause of DC problems and bad service. But everything else rocks.

PTCL 1 MB....and yea, they take abt a month for installation until u keep callin em or have connections to pressurize them...My Dad had the latter

Internet Speed : 512Kbps / 64KBps and NTC 128 Kbps/ 16KBps and VPTCL hmmmmmm / around 12-20 KBps
Comments : My PTCL conn was great for the first couple of weeks then it started having probs, cable faults, exchange probs blah blah but now thankfully it is working fine. I used to use the NTC one before PTCL and it was great no probs as such. I used to use VPTCL before my NTC one and it was also good though browsing seemed slow but dl speeds went up to around 20 KBps.
