I want to Buy a LED for My Comp but i need the best in the range of 20K .. Dell and Samsung have some good options but They have a TN panel type which is not good in the Means of Colour Reproduction and Viewing angles !!! (( Suggestions Needed )) ...
Okay so what are you expecting in mere 20k? Some glorified IPS Panel?

TN panels have improved since its early days, and now ... some of the expensive TN panels have viewing angles as good as IPS panels (if not 100% close).
Get the LED Displays, which are easy on consuming energy, have better viewing angles, awesome display quality and color contrast ratio ...
You have a good enough budget. Try to find any of the following.
1.
Samsung BX2250 - One of the Expensive
22" LEDs available in Pakistan, which will amaze you with its Jaw Dropping display quality. But for that, you have the pay the price, which is higher than 20k (somewhere between 21-22k). But its worth it.
2.
Samsung BX2331 - A Value for Money Display ... a while back it was costing not more than 19k in market, but due to immense demand in market, its short now and very hard to find. So i doubt you will find it anywhere now. But if you do, dont pay more than 19k for it.
3.
DELL ST2320L - Another Value for Money product, low priced and quite good display quality. Being priced at 18k, its a bargain. But if i were you, i would consider the other choices first and consider this in my LEAST priority list. Higher brightness of this LCD makes it popular among most people, but it may be a problem for some people like me, because mostly the brightness outruns the contrast available making the picture a bit washed out. But then again, for the price ... its darn good thing.
I am mentioning this separately from the others because for this, you gotta have a Proper Computer Table. You'll know the reason once you see it infront of you.
Asus 246H 24" - Quite expensive for being a 24 incher ... but one of THE BEST Displays available in market right now. The only problem is that it wont do any good to you if you dont own a good, Proper computer Table, because the display is a little bit TILTED upwards. But quality is 100% assured.
Being priced at higher than 24k ... it certainly is not cheap ... but the quality it offers, if seen by the right eye ... tempts you to buy it.
Avoid any of the
SA series products by Samsung. Not worth the price. Neither is the quality worthy enough to look at.
