I'am facing this problem since morning, that I can't access Play Store on my cell phone,

This has been happening quiet a lot lately. It goes down for a couple hours and then starts working again, don't know why this happens.
What I have noticed is, that when this is happening with the majority of the users the bandwidth takes a hit and even the websites (on your PC) don't load properly.

Right now I can't access facebook and many other websites. Google services however, are working fine.
Theres some problem with PTCL today. Eventhough the speed on speedtest.net is apparently very good, but sites are taking ages to load. I was playing gta online with a friend and then soon the connection broke. We were both using PTCL connections.

Not working for me as well. Can't even sign in my account from my phone. Re-flashed gapps, even flashed a new custom ROM. That didn't fix it. Guess PTCL is out of its mind.
