I want to buy a laptop from CZONE.COM

I live in islamabad and czone has only a shop in karachi so i called thm and said tht first i will have to transfer money into their account and thn thy will mail me the laptop via tcs.
Now i am confused whether i can trust em or not as i m a student and the laptop i want to buy is worth 75K
Tell me about your experiences kindly?

you could hop on a bus to lahore and buy one from Hafeez Center, this way you could examine the laptop yourself before buying it.


In respect to Czones reputation, never really heard any mishap regarding them.

Very brief and conclusive observation of assasin42o . Czone is known to be highly reliable but there is a question mark on TCS. Use some other courier if you decide to buy.

NO COMPLAINS. NO ISSUES.

No. You eat the good part, and ask them to bring a new pizza as this one wasn't cooked properly/had a hair/etc. True Story.

did alot shippments through tcs but never experienced problem

Whenever I went to TCS guys, they immediately said your item might be damaged and emphasized to send it through hand carry so that they could charge me double fee. Even for normal service, they do charge more than any other courier. Recently I sent a mobo to Karachi through Leopard Courier and they charge me Rs.150. Just after few days, I sent a mobo to Lahore through TCS, they charged me Rs.300. Service was same, weight and size was same as well. Apart, distance of Karachi is around 1700KM while Lahore is at distance of 350KM. I also find LCS speedy than TCS and their couriers and staff are found more cooperative than TCS. My only problem is that TCS is near to my home while LCS is at a distance otherwise I would never use TCS.
