>>If you want to use it with any application, then you have to follow these simple steps:

1. Right click any application and click properties.
2. Click on "Change Icon" button in the properties main window.

Please note that only *.ico can be used so incase you find any icon in *.png or want any personal image as icon please visit this website http://iconverticons.com/ and covert the icon which will provide following file types of icons

1. *.icns (for Mac OS)
2. *.ico (for Windows OS)
3. *.png (for Linux OS)

and download the windows icon i.e. *.ico


>> Incase you want to change folder icon, please follow these steps:

1. Right click the folder and click properties.
2. Click "Customize" tab and then click "Change Icon" button and browse through files to choose your desired icon. (Incase you can't find Customize tab in Win XP let me know, as these steps are being written while following Win 7)

@ JAYZZY: You will have to do it manually 1 by 1. But I remember there was an application which changed all folder icons with the icon you desired but no longer remember the name.

Nice icons there umar...are you using PS or any other software for icons? There are many icon making softwares available....

@ r3aper: Yes mate, I use PS for making PNG icons and use either "Axialis IconWorkshop 6.51" or http://iconverticons.com/ for converting them to *.ico and *.icns
