I need a gaming laptop which can run Gta 4 on high settings.I would prefer if it has a full hd screen.My budget is 1lac 20k.Please advise me where should I look in karachi for reasonably priced laptops.

I don't think you can buy a laptop with such price that can run GTA IV @ full speed on highest setting but you should give
Hp Pavilion DV6-3016TX a try though. It's specifications are:-

It has ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650 which can run GTA fine on Low and Med but on high we can get manageable FPS.

Bro actually laptops are not meant for gaming so it's kinda hard to find a laptop that fits that budget.

Check The Computer Company of Techno City Shopping Mall which is located on I.I Chundrigar road. They offer cheap and great prices.

i have been HP laptops for 2 years now. Even if i overclock my graphics card it doesn't get hot or get burned playing Next Gen Games. Works great and never had any problems with the 2 laptops that i brought of HP. My cousins on the other hand bought Acer and their laptop plain sucks. Just offering my POV not forcing any1 to buy HP.

i tihnk you shd get alienware lappys with dedicated 5850 card in it but you wont find it hare /you have to import it frm uk and expensive i think 2,00,000
i saw their website alienware m15x laoptop with i7 and gtx 260 is for 1200 $ if coverted into pkr it becomes 104,000rs if you have someone in abroad you can iport this lappy frm him

if you are buying from aboard then get msi gaming series laptop there prices are not that high buy performance wise they are good + they have good graphics card to run every game

you cant find gaming lappys of good brand frm pkaistan like msi,alienware,asua in pak only hb and dell are available which have good cards but they are not as good compare to these brands i mentioned before.

ok guys iam digging this thread up again because I still havent decided which laptop to buy yet and I have to get one latest by saturday.My requirements are that it should be reliable and should have a balance of portability and power.I need it for internet and movie watching so it should have an excellent screen.Gaming would be an added plus,as with such a high price it should have a good graphics card.I was about to go out and buy a macbook pro but Iam rethinking it.

I would highly appreciate your input.Are there any new laptops by sony,hp,dell in pk which are good value for money and is 1 lac 20k justified for a mac,given that you can install mac os on windows.
