Well I get to walk quite a lot in uni, so I'll count that as physical exercise...@ Arsal don't be lazy man. There is no need to go to a proper gym. You can buy a bycycle, and ride around your neighbourhood. Brisk walk if that is not possible. Skipping ropes is done by all athletes as a good exercise regime. Take a dog for a walk if you have one. Do any activity that requires physical work. And as for the heart burn and sleeping issues. Do something about your stress.
