@ Arsal don't be lazy man. There is no need to go to a proper gym. You can buy a bycycle, and ride around your neighbourhood. Brisk walk if that is not possible. Skipping ropes is done by all athletes as a good exercise regime. Take a dog for a walk if you have one. Do any activity that requires physical work. :) And as for the heart burn and sleeping issues. Do something about your stress. :)
Well I get to walk quite a lot in uni, so I'll count that as physical exercise...

And yeah, I'm sorting it out... bit by bit. Thanks for all the advice.

take ur nights Dinner in 2 courses with about 2 hours gap between tht way u can eat much more than u do in 1 sitting
and fill in all the free time with Fruits or anything u can get ur hands on (sm1)

4 eggs hard boiled.( around 350calories) 3 regular meals. atleast 1500 calories. Eat regularly like saying a prayer at fix times.. You will gain 1 pound per week. If you workout you will gain 1 pound of muscles :D cheers..

^^ 6 meals is great idea but it needs free time. If you cant eat alot at one time divide it in two and eat after 3 hours.. 4 eggs is minimum by the way! 4 in the morning and 4 before sleeping is a good idea! Never sleep on an empty stomach. The body actually doesnt grow in gym but when you are sleeping!

meal 1: 8 am

meal 2: 11 am and so on.

add couple of protein shakes and creatine monohydrate with 5 litres of water a day. Cheers.

@ Evil Well, human body is 70% water. It requires you to drink liquid to keep that balance. I am not sure about the exact amount, but it does depend upon the enviormental temperature. If you are prespiring prefously, then your body is loosing its water level. I think about 7 to eight glasses should be enough in summars.

@ Arsal If only I took my own advises. lol :/

Bro eat fried beans 24/7 when u ever u feel hungry because it contains plenty of proteins and exercise slowly.... If u get pain in ur muscles after exercise it means ur muscles are growing up and asking for plenty foods fulfilled of proteins!! I guarantee that it will work! and take supplements like mega mass, whey protein etc.. :p

Bro you are suffering from ANOREXIA NERVOSA... there is nothing bad in it.. many ppl suffer from this so called disease... not a big deal... google treatment for it..

Yeah, eating a large amout of sweet can no doubt cause diabetes.
Best bet is to drink some milk shakes, workout, then drink some after a while.
And do this regularly...
I would doubt this my bro... Eating lots of sweets never cause diabetes... its genetically predisposed and many other idiopathic causes..... eating fats can increase the risk of diabetes but not sugar...

@ kkkk Are you insane? Anorexia is a fatal disease. If it continues for sometime, it causes a complete shut down of your system, in simple words multiple organ failure, and you die quite quickly. Please, do your research before you throw around such non-sense.

Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
