Lemme think..................... How about carrying some big stones in your pockets? Shoes made of lead? That will give you instant weight. The coolest bit is that you can shed weight one moment and the next you can put on weight...How cool is that?

Seriously dude try going to gym. You would start to get super hungry after 2 months of work out. Happened with me.. I started having 5 meals in a day when I got old in the gym (6months) and breakfast aside.

Well off-course GYM usually requires a lot of time,whether you want to gain or loss weight. Going GYM for a month and then complaining will not work at all. At least three months of time period is required to earn some improvements.

I will Still prefer you to keep your Self Slim...Cause in your age weight is not a issue...once you gain some weight you will Feel heavy and Slow....I used to be like you and then i ve start eating junk foods too much..and now i m....too fatty:p....Just Stick with your Common diet plan....and When you ll come to Uni...You Will gained it naturally...

So try Banana shake and eat Boiled potatoes with a lil black paper sprinkled on it :)
or take Mosigar syrup it will definitely increase ur apatite :)

For weight, try eating chocolates! Always works! Eat those Mars, Snickers, Kit Kats, Cadburies. But they can be dangerous too. Try eating 4-5 chocolates each day. I do that but I don't know why I don't grow fat. I'm just heavy cause of my height. And to keep a figure, just use those vinyl dumbbells everyday. Up & down for 10 times. Then wait 5 minutes. Then do this again. Repeat this process 3 times.

I face the same scenario, 54kg and 5'8...when I was 17 and used to work out I was at 60kg and now at 23 at the same height and lame lifestyle devoid of breakfast thanks to my sleeping habits I am at 54kg.

Smoking, late sleeping and just on time waking in the morning for work, lack of fruit intake(i just dont like fruits), not taking the proper 3 meals of the day all contribute to my health's downfall...

I know what I used to do right when I was younger and I know the solution to your problem but just cant be bothered to help myself with it.

- Sort your sleeping routine (i dont know if its out or not but you need to be capable of waking early for the breakfast run)
- Take a healthy breakfast can be anything you wish, oatmeal, cereals( pack a variety of them at home and eat any u feel like eating in the morning so that the taste may not get to you), eggs in any form except raw, fruits, milkshakes and juices should be taken alongside.

The moment you begin with breakfast I can bet you if you've had breakfast at 8-9am your stomach will be asking for something by 12-1 if you haven't slept in that period, you can at this time take in lunch or a small snack such as noodles, etc. at 2-3pm you can follow up with lunch. Meat is all important so dont skip on it. I assure you because of a proper breakfast your metabolism will be activated as it was intended to be by natures's course and you'll start feeling hungry for more food if you make your body receive food whenever you feel your hungry even if its not time for food. It shouldn't be anything we recommend it can be anything you like!

Once your metabolism kicks in buddy you could be seeing at 5-6 meals a day, dont ignore your body at that time keep feeding it whenever your stomach feels the need once you keep on doing you'll find yourself in a very pleasing situation following that...I cant follow such a regimen because of my work and because im not home most of the time, you'll need to thus shape this according to your own lifestyle.

Bumpin'...

So I've been stuck on 55kg for several years in a row. I don't understand why I'm not gaining any weight, since I have no exercise at all. Technically I should be a lard of fat right now, but I'm not. So yeah.

Anyway, here's what I usually have for meals everyday:

1. A cup of tea, occasionally with toast. (breakfast)
2. A square meal, usually meat (lunch)
3. Everning tea.
4. Another square meal, usually a combination of rice and some vegetables (dinner)

And that's it. Is that not enough? Should I start eating more, or what? I just don't get hungry, what the heck am I supposed to do about that? lol Any short cuts, other than banana shake? (yuck)

PS. I should also note that I have extremely erratic sleeping habits (I barely sleep 5-6 hours everyday)...so that might be a contributing factor?

Well the food intake seems good enough, some people have strange metabolism though OR could be a symptom of some disease, a doctor can probably advise better. Although depending on your height 55kg doesn't seem something to be concerned at.

And wtf is that avatar, is that a cat?

If you want to gain weight, you will have to go to the gym. Your eating habits need a bit of readjusting as well. For example, get a proper breakfast, with milk, a fruit, and almonds. This should make up the complete breakfast. Your lunch, and dinner are fine to me. You should cut down on meat, as proteins flush out the calcium in the body, reducing the bone mass. The rest seems fine to me. Also, take fruits as snacks. Your weight maybe naturally low because of high metabolim rate. You cannot change that.

As for sleep. Do something about what is bothering you. I hop this helps.

I guess i am kinda underweight too...My weight is 60KG and i was 5' 9" a few months ago...May be grown an inch i guess (or may be not).

I have this weird headache almost all day and its there EVERYDAY. It feels like the one that comes when you're very tired. Fact is, i don't do much physical stuff all day as well,

For breakfast i usually have an omelet/bread with a cup of tea. My lunch usually consists of a Paratha with any sort of salan (The paratha is always there regardless of the salan lol). In the evening, the compulsory cup of tea :p and then dinner is...well...anything, salan/chawal/dal

Oh and if it matters, i don't eat chawal alot....'cept fot chinese, those are awesome^_^

The thing that bugs me is the headache and almost constant feeling of tiredness...It only started a couple of months ago by the way. Oh and recently i've started acting like an annoyed -blam!- too.

Whats up wid that?! O_O

Haha was just kidding :p its normal if you are a teen. Too much hormones and actually being physically active will help get rid of all that....think of it as you have too much energy and it has no where to go.

4. go back and order more
5. repeat 3 & 4 until results begin to show
