Yup why not?
It has a killer performance for it's size. Other benefits are it has a smaller size because of that it will fit in a smaller casing, No need for a High power PSU, No need for a 6 pin PCI-E connector, A good after market cooler to keep the temps under control and a company with good reputation.
I'm very much sure that 3870 ddr3 will easy beat the 4670. Coz 4670 is in competition with 9600gso while 3870 ddr3 is in competition with 9600gt. So i advice to go for 3870 if u r looking for performance. But if you are looking for less power consumption, less heat etc then go for 4670 coz it has the latest design which is energy efficient.

4670 available at Galaxy is HIS IceQ version which is amongst the best 4670s you can get. It is much better than the reference 4670. Reference 4670 has a single slot cooler while this one has an excellent dual slot cooler which means lower temperatures and higher overhead room for overclocking.
On the other hand 3870 from Force3D is much inferior than the stock version of 3870 as it has DDR3 instead of DDR4 and has a single slot cooler.

i would still suggest u to go with 4670
because.
HIS is more reliable than force 3d.
+ u can always expect a performance boost with new cards with latest drivers.
as i posted a topic last week in software section about the new ati catalyst beta 8.10 that improves about 10-20% fps for 4850 in crysis.

Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
