Help need regarding gskill rams

last month on 28 i purchased gskill 4 GB 2x2 rams now guys i installed these rams i am having random restart and error appear (windows have recovered from unexpected error)


i have taken screenshot of error and i want you guys to tell me is rams are faulty
before gskill i was using corsair in same slots never have any issue i didn't even overclock my pc



PLEASE GUYS REPLY SO I CAN SEND MY RAMS BACK TO IAMEXTREME ASAP

brother what are your pc specs ? please take out the ram clear out the slot and put the rams again and then check. also mention your complete pc specs

mate currently i am using corsair rams in same slot and running pc for 18 hrs now i didn't have any crash but if i put gskill rams my PC restart and show same error

here are complete spec

intel core i5 750
corsair 2gb 1333 mhz xms3
intel dp55wg
caliber gtx 460
antec tp 750

Which gskill rams are they specifically and what voltage are they rated at ? I think you have to set the voltage manually in bios then it will be ok.

G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666)

in cpuz it show rams are running at
Timing: 7-7-7-21-2N skiil and at 1.5 volt

cpuz doesn't show current voltage rather the jedec/xmp standard. Set your rams voltage 1.5v and timings 7-7-7-21 in the bios manually !

i tried everything try setting manually and auto same thing happened
there must be ram fault this never happen when using corsair rams in 5 month almost

Looks like ram's at fault as that's the only thing that changed. Maybe take another opinion before claiming warranty. The last thing you can check is raise the voltage to 1.55 in bios and see if it changes anything.

mate thanks for your help i never ever wanna go near voltage bec of my previous gpu experience
i will wait tomorrow for other members opinion then i will send it back for warrenty calim

1.55 is very safe DRAM Voltage. I'm running mine at 1.65v. You can give it a try at 1.55v to see if it changes anything.
