MULTI Help me choose between PS4 and Xbox

after a lot of searchings and reading reviews, I made a choice of PS4 Pro over slim 500gb, reasons being
1. 500gb will be hard to manage, 1tb slim costs 39k.
2. 4k HDR tvs are getting cheaper and so, it will be a bit future proof
3. difference between slim 1tb and pro was only 10k
4. Sony firmware 5.50 will offer supersampling in PS4 pro which will render at 4k and downscale to 1080p for 4k like graphics (digitalfoundary analyzed it, it was good)
5. Having latest hardware will be peace of mind InshaAllah

I know it might be overkill but for, mind peace I went for it. I ordered it today and it will be with me probably by tomorrow InshaAllah

its a region 2 console. please guide me should I make Region 1 psn or region 2. other info I must be aware of

and also suggest me good titles of it I should start with (available in used market)

Uncharted should be around 2k in used.

one more important thing to add to your list is

PS4 Slim records gameplay video in 720p only

while ps4 pro records gameplay in 1080p

one more thing many games were already optimized more for 1080p tvs on ps4 pro even without the supersampling forced by 5.5 update.


go for any cheap region u find it doesnt matter and make a US PSN account.

go for " THE LAST OF US REMASTERED" and play it on HARD to get the full experience

    So i just found out that f***ing s***bag Microsoft shut down Arkane Studio (makers of the brilliant Dishonored series) and Tango Gameworks (makers of the iconic The Evil Within series), among some other studios.     Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.

    tbh gaming industry as a whole is failing much like tech industry. They have buckled down too much to Corporate suites then relying on passionate and innovative people. A corporate only believes in financial growth and shareholders.
