It's total chaos 😊
Man this season has some serious camera work and direction. The director has made sure every guy plays his character 100% or even better.
Everyone has gone mad now let's see how things turn up ... If Lee = Harley then whose gonna be joker ;) Gordon ?

[h=1]Harley Quinn Confirmed for Gotham Season 3 Finale[/h]

Batman supervillain Harley Quinn will be joining Gotham in next week’s season 3 finale. It’s no secret that the popular comic book series has strayed from the source material with regard to characters and stories. Although Bruce Wayne is still a young man, several characters (each of whom have integral roles in Batman’s overall story arc) have already established themselves as some of Gotham‘s most notorious criminals — and the producers intend on adding more.
Last year, executive producers Ken Woodruff and John Stephens mentioned plans to introduce Harley Quinn — or, at least, a version of the character in the vein of Jerome Valeska’s Joker — sometime in the series’ third season. Shortly before the back half of the season aired earlier this year, Stephens started to tease fans about the character joining the fold in the season finale. We now have confirmation that Harley Quinn will officially be joining Gotham next week.
Gotham star David Mazouz, who plays Bruce Wayne on FOX’s comic book series, was at Heroes & Villains Fan Fest in London this past weekend, where he very candidly told Movie Pilot that Harley Quinn will appear in next week’s two-part season finale.

“She’s going to be in the finale. Stay tuned.”

Announcing the impending inclusion of Harley Quinn begs the question: who will become the supervillain? The logical choice would be Erin Richards’ Barbara Keen, whose personality and association with Jerome makes her the prime candidate to become Harley Quinn, not to mention her evolution in the criminal world. She even spent some time inside Arkham Asylum. Plus, the club she runs in the series is named The Sirens, an obvious reference to the comic book series Gotham City Sirens featuring Harley, Catwoman, and Poison Ivy.
Although several villains from Batman’s iconic rogues’ gallery have appeared on Gotham, such as Penguin, Riddler, Mr. Freeze, and Hugo Strange, the producers have avoided identifying any character as the Joker. Therefore, to introduce Harley Quinn in such an overt manner could indicate a change to that unspoken policy.
What’s more, it’s interesting that Warner Bros. and DC Entertainment are allowing the character to be used on Gotham at all. People will remember that Harley Quinn was supposed to join Arrow as part of the series’ Suicide Squad team, but those plans were later scrapped (and the team suddenly abandoned) when it became apparent that the studio wanted to save the character’s live-action debut for David Ayer’s Suicide Squad film. At this time, it’s unclear if Harley Quinn will be an entirely new character, or if the producers will repurpose an established character — such as Barbara — for the role. We’ll just have to wait and see.
Gotham concludes season 3 with ‘Destiny Calling’ and ‘Heavydirtysoul’ next Monday on FOX.

[h=1]Gotham Finale: Will Leslie Or Barbara Become Harley Quinn?[/h]

ShareOn Facebook
Tweet Share Email Share Share Pin It Share Comment

Gotham season 3 wraps up next week with a double-length season finale that promises to bring together every faction in the city for one epic, villainous, battle royale. It’s building up to be an amazing finale, with plenty of major questions to be answered. Who will make it out of this massive, multi-faction battle? How will Gordon come back from the virus? Will Bruce manage to shake off his brainwashing? Will the city be saved?
In addition to all of that, there are also a couple of new faces coming to the show – faces that will be very familiar to fans of the comics. Ra’s Al Ghul has been confirmed as appearing, presumably as the man behind the monks that brainwashed Bruce, and will be played by Alexander Siddig. Harley Quinn will also finally be revealed, after much speculation over the character’s inclusion on Gotham… but it’s still not clear who, exactly, will become the clown princess of crime.
[h=2]In This Corner: Barbara Kean[/h]

The most likely Harley is Barbara Kean (Erin Richards), a character who has spent the past three seasons evolving into a crazy criminal trying to take over Gotham. Ever since she first started to go off the rails thanks to the serial killer she fell in love with, Barbara has been tipped as a future Harley.
It makes a whole lot of sense – she’s physically similar to Harley (blonde-haired, pale-skinned, loves to dress up), completely insane (she’s even done a stint at Arkham), and a criminal who takes great joy in her crimes. She’s connected to the ‘Joker’ of the show, Jerome (Cameron Monaghan), although their relationship is very different to Harley and Joker in the comics. More tellingly, she runs a bar named ‘Sirens’ and has connections to both Poison Ivy (Maggie Geha) and Selina Kyle (Camren Bicondova). She’s also bisexual (as Harley is in the comics), and her story has been one of obsessive love that drove her completely mad. And just to top it all off, Barbara has also called herself the ‘Queen’ of Gotham, and used ‘Barbara Queen’ as a variation of her name – one that could further morph into Barbara Quinn.
[h=2]The Underdog: Leslie Thompkins[/h]

The second most likely possibility is one that has only come to light in the past few episodes – that it could be Leslie Thompkins, a.k.a. Lee (Morena Baccarin) that takes up the Harley name. Like Barbara, Lee’s story is one of love and loss that has driven her past her breaking point. Her love of Jim, and then the death of her fiancé, made her a tragic character… until Tetch (Benedict Samuel) managed to convince her that it was her love for Jim that was the cause of everything that went wrong in her life. As a result, she injected herself with the Tetch virus, and debuted as a darker, less sane Lee in the last episode.
Like Harley, she is also a doctor, and even dealt with Jerome when the GCPD first encountered him. She hasn’t had the same long descent into villainy that Barbara has, and there is no sign of her being bisexual or closely linked to the other sirens, but she’s still a solid candidate for the role since she threw off the shackles of sanity. And her name, shortened to Lee, is also an easy one to develop into Har-lee…
[h=2]A Third Possibility[/h]

Of course, Barbara and Leslie aren’t the only candidates for Gotham‘s Harley Quinn, although they are the most likely. The show is likely to develop an existing character into Harley, in the same way that it has created the Riddler, the Penguin, and many of the other Batman villains over the past three years. However, this could also be a street kid who knew Selina and Ivy, and who was affected by the experiments at Indian Hill. Jeri (Lori Petty) certainly has a Harley-esque look, and is a clear nod to either the Joker or his girlfriend. However, Jeri has only had a minor role in the show so far, so her return as Harley would seem a little out of place. Similarly, Fish Mooney (Jada Pinkett Smith) is in the running, as an increasingly insane crime boss who has recently reappeared, but she lacks the lightness that Harley Quinn is known for.
Finally, it could be one of the Joker’s followers, who have been teased several times but still not brought fully into the spotlight. Jerome himself is languishing at Arkham, so there’s always the possibility that a totally new character has been treating him there, and the pair are about to burst onto the scene in the finale.
[h=2]HeavyDirtySoul[/h]

Out of the options for Harley Quinn, Barbara still seems like the most likely candidate, even though this would be a huge departure from the stories of both Harley and Barbara in the comics. However, the show is known for creating new origin stories for familiar names, so this would be in line with the other villains of Gotham. Richards herself has also confirmed that there have been talks about Barbara/Harley, although she has refused to say whether this long-speculated evolution will actually happen.
Thankfully, fans won’t have to wait too long to find out, though. The Gotham season finale airs June 5th, and brings with it some big reveals and a big step forward for Bruce in his journey to becoming Batman. Including Harley is certainly going to be a fascinating part of the finale, especially as Jerome’s ‘Joker’ has been put on the back burner recently, but since Harley has been stepping out on her own in the comics, it could be the perfect time to show this amazing villain as her own person – without the Joker at her side.

[h=1]Gotham: Scarecrow May Be Joining in Season 4[/h]

A new Gotham featurette teases the arrival of Scarecrow next season and sees Selina channeling her inner supervillain. With the renewal of Gotham confirmed recently, fans can breathe a sigh of relief that the Batman prequel series will be able to continue Bruce’s journey to becoming the Dark Knight. Along the way, the show will also be able to continue the evolution of the show’s other characters, from anti-heroes to outright villains. Long-running rogues like Penguin and the Riddler are really starting to come into their own, but Gotham still has plenty of new characters waiting in the wings.
With DC’s vast stable of comic villains, Gotham certainly has no shortage of source material to pull from. The three seasons so far have already teased a number of introductions, and the show’s finale tonight will bring a few of them into the mix. We’ve already seen a featurette highlighting the arrival of R’as al Ghul, and he won’t be alone. After a number of hints over the years, someone old or new will emerge as Harley Quinn tonight, bringing the fan-favorite character to the show and providing another hook for new audience members. Next season, however, is a whole new ballgame and could see even more classic characters debut.
DC Entertainment has posted a new video with interviews from the cast of Gotham discussing the finale and teasing season four of the series. In the clip, we see shots of Selina wielding a whip, R’as al Ghul and his Lazarus Pit, and a number of returning villains. We also get teases about the evolution of Bruce, Selina, and Nygma, plus a hint that Scarecrow may finally emerge next season.

As one of Batman’s most popular foes, Scarecrow has appeared across most media involving the Dark Knight. He’s been in games, animated series, and was Bruce’s chief foe in Batman Begins. He’s also been rumored as a villain for Matt Reeves’ upcoming The Batman. For Gotham, he’s one of the few mainstream villains we’ve yet to meet, but he has actually appeared on the show in one form.
Back in season one, a two-parter introduced us to Dr. Crane, the father of the future Scarecrow. In the episodes, there were plenty of blatant nods to the future villain and his signature fear gas, but fans were underwhelmed by the kiddie take on the evil rogue. Even now, however, the character is still pretty young, so it’s hard to imagine a proper version of him arriving next season. Though Gotham has played with the ages of Bruce and Selina a bit, a full-on Scarecrow on the series would mark the villain’s youngest incarnation yet.
Even without Scarecrow, Gotham still has plenty of baddies it can introduce. Star Jessica Lucas recently stated that she’d love to see Bane appear, and the existence of the Tetch Virus certainly provides the show with an opportunity to do so. Even a confirmed Joker has yet to appear, so Gotham has plenty of work still cut out for it in terms of fleshing out Bruce’s future Rogues Gallery.
Gotham season 3 concludes with ‘Destiny Calling’ and ‘Heavydirtysoul’ on Monday, June 5.

[h=1]Gotham Is ‘Never Going To See Harley Quinn’[/h]

Sorry Harley Quinn fans, it looks like the character will not be appearing on Gotham after all. By its very nature as a Batman prequel, the FOX drama has introduced audiences to evolving versions of multiple notable future foes of the Caped Crusader, including The Riddler, The Penguin, Catwoman, Mr. Freeze, and Poison Ivy. Jerome is also likely the future Joker, despite producers’ continuing refusal to confirm that theory as fact. Even Solomon Grundy was confirmed as being present via a reveal late in season 3.
One future villain yet to appear on Gotham is Harley Quinn, Joker’s equally psychotic love interest. This is quite odd, since Gotham star David Mazouz straight up said that the character would make an appearance in the season 3 finale. Alas, season 3 has long-since ended, and not even a cameo appearance by Harley was offered up as part of the episode. This didn’t sit well with many fans, but it didn’t necessarily dull the enthusiasm for her eventually arriving in Gotham.
During tonight’s San Diego Comic-Con 2017 festivities, however, the subject of Harley Quinn joining Gotham’s eclectic cast of characters was once again broached – and producer John Stephens responded with an answer sure to shock and annoy many hardcore devotees of Mr. J’s main squeeze. Here’s what he had to say:

“It was my fault. I had thought I had said and I might have not said it: We’ll see a Harley Quinn-esque character. Because in our mind Barbara was taking on a lot of the ethos and spirit of Harley Quinn, you know, her love of anarchy and violence. All those things that make Harley, Harley in many ways, we were trying to put into Barbara. So I thought that she was becoming a Harley Quinn-esque character. But we’re never going to see Harley Quinn. Sorry about that.”

Well, that’s disappointing. It would appear that all the previous teases – including the aforementioned one by Mazouz – were based on one big misunderstanding, at least based on what Stephens had to say. While many had assumed that Barbara was the most logical candidate to turn into Harley, it seems that she’s already gotten as close to the character as she’s ever likely to get.
Harley Quinn or no Harley Quinn though, Gotham season 4 is still set to kick Bruce Wayne’s transformation into Batman into high gear. He may still seem a bit young for the cape and cowl, but hey, who knows how many more seasons Gotham will get? If the series is gonna go full Batman, it’s likely soon or never.
