negotiations for hulk have stalled, apparently the transfer fee asked is higher than what chelsea were willing to pay...i dont think this would be a problem, but chelsea should be wary about high price tags after the torres saga.

ganso wants to leave the club but he will probably want to stay in brazil. united had the chief scout sent to brazil (probably for lucas) but he should be a person of interest too
everything else i was about to post (and more) has already been covered by soulgain.

no news on modric and berbatov though,


van persie wont go to city ...not at 20 mil... im surprised chelsea hasnt raised that bid

According to the Spanish media, Barcelona have come to an agreement with Sporting (Lisbon) about the transfers of Edgar Ie and Agostinho Ca.

Reports suggest 1M for Agostinho Ca. After Jordi Alba uptil now FCB is going fine this season.

More likely Chelsea will grab him. Chelsea have always retained interest in him, they have the funds, and they are London based.

London? Manchester? Easy choice.

"AC Milan accept €65MPSG offer for Ibrahimovic and Thiago Silva.

AC Milan fans are in shock with news breaking last night that an offer from PSG has been accepted for Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Thiago Silva.

Sportmediaset says Milanvice-president Adriano Galliani is willing to sell the pair to PSG, with the French giants offering €65 million - €45 million for Thiago Silva and €20million for Ibrahimovic.

As welcome as the €65 millionwill be for Milan's accounts, the big save will come from the players' wages,which in total would see a stunning €100 MILLION cleared off the books.

Galliani was back atMilanello last night for talks with fellow directors and coach MassimilianoAllegri.

Upon leaving the club's HQ,Galliani was asked about PSG's proposal and would only give a "nocomment" in reply."

Hell yeah at SAF's statement. There has been 7 or 8 players leaving United this summer, while only 2 or 3 were brought in. So SAF needs atleast 2 QUALITY signings, now that the expenses have been cleared due to sale of Owen, Kuzschak, and probably even Anderson.

I want to see the back of Anderson. He has been abysmal. He plays 20 to 25 games a season and his nurturing years are behind him.

I wanna see someone like Modric (as AVB has said he could be sold), or Sneijder (his crosses were still awesome in E12). An established midfielder is all I am asking, be it a full time defensive midfielder, or a kickass attacking one. NO WINGERS PLEASE.

I think it would be a striker and a midfielder coming in.

After all, tell me who can play in the midfield game in and game out?

Carrick, Cleverley, Scholes, Kagawa, Anderson (might get sold), Giggs (makeshift), Jones (makeshift)...

But I am not worried about the midfield. I am worried about the likes of Jones, Smalling, Evans not getting a chance once the new season starts because Vidic would be back by the end of August or even earlier :( But thats PL talk.

I really hope Chelsea sign Lucas Moura instead of Oscar.
Moura is a beast!
Amazing player and an absolutely amazing signing for whichever club steals him away.

scholesy should be used when req , not regularly , anderson might get sold true that , as far evans and jones concerned i guess rio wont be getting first team much cause of fitness so , evans/jones will be there fighting for that place

Ofcourse nothing is done about it during these years, thats why you hear about it. Kagawa was brought in, and more backup is required cuz Scholes is old, Carrick is ineffective, Cleverley is injury prone + inexperienced, Ando might get sold, remaining are makeshift. Such a squad cannot challenge for CL.

Also I want youngsters to become better, not warm the bench. Rio is amazing but his best years are behind him and its better to use him in big games only.

The team also needs a single lineup, not changing in each game. Vidic + Evans would work. But if Fergie changes the lineup in every single game, then it would be bad since partnership would not be made.

We do have(rather, had) a midfielder by the name of 'Fletcher' :p

Apparently his bowel problem is gonna sideline him for longer than the start of next season. We should just off-load him now.

He is the academy coach in place of Scholes for now :)

SAF has said that if he decides to retire, he will know where his place is at the club (i.e., coaching department). Which is awesome.

    I have a PS5 but I am not satisfied with the experience. I am currently saving for a 4080 64 GB rig soon. Bit will wait for Pro if performance improves. This gen has been so bad I don't plan on buying consoles anymore for AAA gaming.
