Saw the season, had the ending to the season spoiled for me by some asshole friends of mine but my heart still raced as it was happening, it would've rivaled the shock I had during the ending of Season 4 episode 8 if it hadn't been spoiled for me. GoT, still one of the best shows on T.V

lol yeah same thing happened as reddit and all other sites were going viral about Snows fate. But still watching the prolonged scene made it that much more difficult and painful.

By the way, some of the most poor writing for a character in the history of TV also goes to Game of Thrones. They had absolutely no clue what to do with Stannis and they just thought oh let's just kill that guy because we can't seem to know what to do with him anymore and ruin the four season buildup of his just like that

Thats cent percent true about Stannis. Just look at when he goes to the place where his wifes hung herself, he makes one of the stupidest faces ever. Thats the guy who wants to be king of all things and he looks and behaves likes like a dead fart on a snowy morning.

Stannis was a fool and a fanatic from the very beginning, that stupid face he made was just him finally realizing that he was a fucking idiot and he wasted everything,

No he can still be revive because he may be "The Prince that was promised" Azor Ahai. But that's just a theory.

maybe melisandre sacrificed the princess for john snow ? she saw something forecoming and instead of giving stannis the win she changed allegiance or something maybe.. just a theory hunch

she also wasn't there for stannis at the end instead head for the knights watch right

stannis as per melisandre for sure didn't win the fight as she said LOL

One of the attendees asked Kit Harington who he would like to be if they were a different character on the show and Harrington responded, "I'd like to be a warg. I'd like to put myself into a wolf." Dan Weiss added, "Two words for you. Season six."
