So is there anyone who watches and possibly notices the updates on the locations shown in the opening credits of each episode? I wonder why they still show Winterfell in each episode.

Looking forward to this next one, this episode just filled in some gaps to some more action coming soon. One thing that dissapointed me about this episode was

Spoiler: show

They didn't use "Belwas" a slave warrior to fight the champion of Meereen. Dany's stressed out in the books that it would mean more to the people of Meereen if their champion was defeated by a slave instead. The character is cool as well as he allows his enemy to scratch him once on his belly before killing them. His scars shows how many battles he has won. What actually happens is written below

When Daenerys besieges Meereen, Oznak zo Pahl rides out of the city on a white charger with a fourteen foot lance, challenging the besiegers to send forth a champion. Daenerys decides that Belwas is perfect since she can easily spare him, his death as an ex-slave would not give Oznak prestige, and a defeat to an ex-slave would be an insult. Belwas wounds Oznak's horse in the duel, leading to a sword fight. Belwas allows himself to be wounded in the stomach before he kills Oznak, severs his head, and holds it up high for those in Meereen to see. The defenders of the city fire arrows, but Belwas is too far away. He squats to defecate towards the city, wipes himself on Oznak's cloak, loots the corpse and kills the horse. Because Daenerys had lost her husband Drogo to a similar wound, she forces the reluctant Belwas to be treated for his wound by a Yunkish freeman known for his healing skills when he returns to camp.

So.. I guess its safe to assume that Lady Tyrell and Littlefinger are the ones who plotted Joffrey's murder.

I was starting to like Jaime.. I find him disgusting again now.

I know this was last week, but mainly due to the lazy ep this week... read some heavy theorizing going on wrt joffrys murder. Found this on GoT subreddit:

Makes sense. Also is it just me or do they show some bloodied dead pigeons inside the cake for a split second.

Excellent episode. Rounds up some parts and serves as a passage for many more amazing events to come.

And totally agreed with Desolator about Strong Belwas. Speaking of which, for those who haven't read the books, read on for some book story:

In the second book, Daenerys is joined by two strangers named Strong Belwas and Arstan Whitebeard who claim to support her cause. Strong Belwas ate and slept all the time, and Daenerys occasionally seeks out to Arstan Whitebeard for his wisdom. Arstan's identity is doubted because he knows a lot about Westeros and Dany's brother Rhaegar. As the story progresses, Ser Jorah's doubts about Whitebeard rise and he finally identifies him as Ser Barristan Selmy.

So you see Ser Barristan Selmy's entry after being dismissed from the Kingsguard was much more awesome in the books. In the show, they reveal his identity immediately at the start of Season 3. I didn't like this change in the show, but oh well.

Would've been a splendid moment for the family, had Joffrey's corpse fallen onto them lol
i almost thought it was to happen as she grabbed the cloth where joffrey was resting and i was expecting him to fall in disgrace etc but I GO DISAPPOINTED :(

btw the new KING to be is a recast from season 1, joffreys brother was his cousin something in season 1 a lannister but cousin.
