I believe the season two premiere when Tyrion attends the small council meeting for the first time. Tyrion happens to be whistling to the tune. Tyrion also whistles to the tune in the following episode I believe when he goes to visit Shae and finds Varys there. The song is also sung in the episode Blackwater. Thoros of Myr sings the song in episode two of season three as well. Most recently, the song is played during the Red Wedding.

People complain about how they hate the series, and still they keep watching and when another death of their fav character comes their way, they start whining again, instead of accepting the fact that this series doesn't rely much on keeping its major characters alive till the end.

They need to watch "The Walking Dead" if that's what they wish. Rick is still alive

Good episode, just not fitting for a season finale.

Bran is boring. I could care less about him and his stupid journey north of the wall. Jojen Reed and Meera Reed are pretty cool though. Sam meeting them was all right, I am surprised that he had a bunch of dragonglass on him the whole time. The poor King in the North, I will never see that lovely face with those sexy blue eyes again. Arya going on a rampage and killing a grown man with a freaking dagger was bloody good. The rest of them were screwed anyway once the Hound showed up. Sansa and Tyrion don't make sense. Sansa is supposed to despise her marriage to Tyrion, not be all buddies and stuff. Their marriage is supposed to be unhappy. Theon got his manhood cut off...damn. I like how Ramsay keeps trolling him. The pork sausage was bloody amazing. Theon really is pathetic and a wimp, 2 punches from Ramsay and he's taking on a new name. BlackFish has escaped, oh yeah. Winter is coming Frey. The Yara and Balon Greyjoy scene was poorly directed. The voiceover from Yara during her epic march scene (with tits) ruined the whole badassery. I think Ramsay fed-exed the box to Balon, no wonder it go there so fast. Anyway this is a major deviation from Yara's storyline in the books. Jaime's in Kings Landing and I doubt Cersei will ever look at him the same way as before. Jon took an arrow to the knee and still survived damn. Ygritte's got skill. Stannis is going to the wall OH YEAH! Also, the scene between Bolton and Walder Frey was good. However, Bolton's reasons for betraying Robb are completely wrong. Bolton's advice to Robb: Let's flay prisoners. Let's kill prisoners. The one moment where he gave decent advice was when Theon took Winterfell. And ROBB DID take his advice and decided to remain in the Riverlands. Bolton is an idiot, although he does have talent for trolling. Anyway, pissing just saved a man's life.
