Mine has been working since around 6 or 6:30 but it's very unstable. I'm also not getting full speed (at least according to my iPhone). Don't have a LAN device at hand right now to test what's causing the problem though.

Well I've been having the annoying days since this Saturday. It's been really unstable for me to the point I can't really play online without disconnects.

So far support has no idea what's causing the instability.

You need to have them visit your place. Just tell them that it no use when they say the issue is resolved over the phone.

I had the same experience. The wire to GPON broke and internet was unstable. I called them and they said the issue was with multiple people in my area. After several hours when I called them they said the issue is resolved, I made them realise that someone has to visit the place. So came the installation guys after 6 hours to fix the problem.

Yeah that's what I'm afraid of. The wire actually crosses a tree and the house next door as well on its way to the main Fiber. And that house is under construction. So I have a feeling my wiring might be damaged a bit. The signal power is definitely diminished over time according to the admin panel of the modem.

Lucky for me I have a pole across street in front of my home. So no problems of tree. You may want to discuss the installation of wire again. If the signal strength dropped, you definitely need to get a visit of technician at your home.

I assume you have subscribed for 100mb?

You may want to get your signals checked. Also check when the internet goes down, does the line indicator go red? If that is the case try telling them to check the line. I had a few cuts in my wire and they fixed it the next day. I rarely have disconnections.

My signal strength has deteriorated a lot since I got my connection. I'm not sure about cuts though. I'm having trouble convincing them to come over and check.

I've been having really frequent disconnections as well, rendering online gaming unplayable, PPPOE keeps disconnecting.
