Mine has been working since around 6 or 6:30 but it's very unstable. I'm also not getting full speed (at least according to my iPhone). Don't have a LAN device at hand right now to test what's causing the problem though.

Well I've been having the annoying days since this Saturday. It's been really unstable for me to the point I can't really play online without disconnects.
You need to 'bistify' them whenever you get hold of the support
I did yesterday and they swore it won't happen again. And as soon as the phone call ended and I turned around and looked at the device, it disconnected again.
I hope so.eone does not fiddle with the very thin wire at your home.
You may want to get your signals checked. Also check when the internet goes down, does the line indicator go red? If that is the case try telling them to check the line. I had a few cuts in my wire and they fixed it the next day. I rarely have disconnections.
My signal strength has deteriorated a lot since I got my connection. I'm not sure about cuts though. I'm having trouble convincing them to come over and check.
Try visiting their office or getting contact number for someone who works in the Lahore team.
