PC FEAR 2: Your experience

So I finally tried FEAR 2 and after playing it for some time I think it's fairly a good game. I haven't tried multiplayer though. What do you guys think ?

its horror theme live upto expectations..gameplay same ..graphics ruined and one thing which they ruin most in this sequel is explosions effects all gone

i have been playing it for a couple of days. visually the game looks alright,what i notice this game isnt scary at all or not at the level set by fear one.but otherwise its a very good fps game.plus i liked how optimized the games engine is i was playing it on maximum setting.

first impressions :: graphics are old gen . reason = they made the game on the previous fear engine . controls are ok , the glass view is annoying , gameplay is addictive . grenade impacts only one enemy not much effective . slow mo is the best part , u get to see a decent physics death animation when killing enemies . fear element is normal , unknown activity is paranormal . particles are too old gen just casual .AI is not too smart at times . east to kill . dont remember the previous story much cant get into the game and dont wanna go back playing the prequel .

edit :: verdict::
deserves a 8 frankly . ya a must buy game almost . no regrets till now .
what went wrong ::
they could have made it on a new engine .

IDE version which dont need to be installed ..just extract n play

This game is much much better than than its previous parts....
Ive donwloaded the demo version and amplaying it right now: its an awesome game and the best part is that its much more horror than the previous one. I mean it really gave me the scares.

yeh it is better from the expansions but not from the F.E.A.R

i just cant believe people not looking at the game carefully just drooling all over it .

this game lacks allot , first this game aint that scary , i play at nights , second the activity going on around is not horror at all , some scenes might be but this game aint scarier than fear 1 .

I think the graphics were improved and were somewhat realistic,as far as gameplay was conserned yeah it was the same old fashioned and awsome,bloody,gory!!!!

the story was really disappointing as i was expecting alot more from this game!!
it was short,not as scary,really bad ending((((spoiler:that ALMA holds the hand of Becket and puts it on her pregnant belly;I didnt understand, WTF!!!!!)))
story was not continued after the last part of FEAR!!!

overall i still think the old FEAR and expantion both rulllEEEZZZZ!!!!!
This game was OK not extraordinary!!!!

it still dominates only the graphics are convincing in FEAR2!!!

Yar is game ko mein nai khela nai hai Ragra diys hai.
Its much much better than previous ones and I found it more scary...

EXPLOSIVE FIREFIGHTS, VERY INTELLIGENT A.I withe superb use of cover both by player and computer, GAME looks a ton better in
SLO- MO mode.. Other then that its a same old FEAR with a mediocre graphics makeover. If you want to return to the same old barren LINEAR OFFICES CRAWLING FPS with a bit of more pace.Then this game is 8/10. otherwise its nothing special and my rating 7/10.

I totllay agree buddy its way to short for a gamer like me!!!!!!!!!
