This game definitely gets a plus for authenticity with all those curse words, that's for sure. Being spotted by the enemy isn't as frustrating anymore, considering you're greeting by a 'OYEEEEEEEE BH*********D!!!!!!!'

Guy's i downloaded Far cry 4.
I'm facing choppy frame rates after applying patch 3 and downloading the new driver.
Also i get blurry cut scenes whenever i use TXAA 4x or 2X, or if i use some other Nvidia Option.
I'm playing this maxed out but the game is smooth for a second or two, then it laggs then it's smooth.
What seems to be the issue here? Can anyone help me out?

Far Cry 4 hit yesterday and with it two day-one patches, ones that apparently didn't quite fix the game's problems, Ubisoft officials said.
"While this patch should have been applied transparently for most people, some of you — particularly those of you playing offline — may not have had the patch installed. If you are experiencing issues, we recommend double-checking that you've got the Day 1 Patch installed."
If that still doesn't fix the issues you may be running into, Ubisoft officials note that they are investigating a few problems:
Far Cry 4 hit yesterday and with it two day-one patches, ones that apparently didn't quite fix the game's problems, Ubisoft officials said.

The good news is that Ubisoft has figured out how to fix the issue that was causing game data corruption for some PlayStation 3 gamers and the black screen for some PC gamers.
The bad news is that the PS3 fix isn't very pretty and the PC fix won't be hitting for another day or two.
Earlier this week, Ubisoft said it was looking into PC crashes, PS3 file corruption and problems with pre-order code redemption bonuses for Far Cry 4.
Last night, the team figured out how to fix the PlayStation 3 issue, which apparently only impacted players who downloaded the game. The solution is an entirely new copy of the game, which you're going to have to download to fix the problem. Also, you're going to have to delete all of your Far Cry 4 save files.
"If you are an affected player, you must completely delete the existing version of the game and then go to the store and re-download the correct version of the game," according to the post.
You do not need to delete any save files for Far Cry 3 or Blood Dragon.
PC owners, you get off easier.

So far, I feel the game isn't developing its villains very well. There's barely any work done on their character development up until the moment you encounter them. Feels very detached. Aside from that, I'm pretty damn hooked to this game. Finding it very hard to put it down.
Cross posting my impressions from GAF, MAN after Dragon Age and its slow-serious paced nature, this is exactly the kind of game I wanted to play. The fact that Modror is a piece of shit on PS360 made it even easier.
- First, I would like to start by saying that I'm immensely enjoying the game world, ESPECIALLY the ambient dialogue, considering i'm a native urdu/hindi speaker, which is spoken by the natives in the game. Hearing all these classic curse words in my native language is just bliss
Hearing random guys yelling equivalents of MFer trying to find me, awesome.
- Second, having ridden in the back of a lot of rikshaws, finally getting to drive one down hillsides .. sooo awesome.
- About the game itself, it's definitely a better PS3 version than Far Cry 3. Frame rate during cinematics is around 20-24ish, since there is a V-lock there. But game play tears to maintain frame rate, which I'm A-OK with.
- Speaking of frame rate, can't help but feel the game is generally a lot better performing than FC3 was on PS3, better frame rate, more responsive controls and best of all, no dithered shadows. They fixed the shadows.
- Aim assist is VERY generous, its almost Call of Duty levels now, and i'm noticing that using scoped weapons automatically puts the aim-assist right on a target's head. Its almost like Red Dead levels of aim assist generosity.
- On the flip end, the draw distance seems to be pulled back noticeably compared to the next gen versions, I did the same mission Giantbomb did in their quick look just an hour ago, and while everything mechanically is exactly the same, during the hanger flight, most of the horizon in my game was white fog gradually fading into view.
- The game is very impressive for old-gen, but obviously can't hold up against next-gen visuals. Still I'm very surprised at how the game is running, this is especially impressive because i played FC3 on PS3 just a few months ago, and that game was almost ALWAYS playing with a jitter and bad response on controls.
