I was also victom of this. What i did was, scolded them, gave them lecture that this is not Right in Islam and remove my number from such promotion, i had to do it 2-3 times, and after that no calls from them again.

I have submitted my nic and ke bill but Google didn't accepted it, they are asking name and address should be matched on ur submitted documents but since address on nic is different and bills r not on my name so I am stuck both ways

Weird.
Only NIC number is required, they cant figure out the rest of the personal detail.
Do it again and this time use the NIC from the person who the bills are registered to.

When you add a card to your Google account, Google charges 70 PKR for card verification which is later refunded. If you're being charged that amount then your card works fine, you just need to verify your account.

I myself have verified my Google account where my CNIC had a different address then the one on the utility bill. It went fine for me.

Before verification I was getting same errors with my Lite card

Ur reply kept me hopeful again. Sadly Google didn't charge any amount neither from my mobile balance nor from my easy paisa account balance.

Now bad news is that card declined, tried both virtual debit card off easy paisa but failed.

Now what next?
